| (A) |
Via the HENRY HUDSON PKWY and SAW MILL RIVER PKWY to
CROSS WESTCHESTER EXPRESSWAY (Rt. 287) EAST towards
White Plains to EXIT 9A, Rt. 684 (North) BREWSTER. Continue NORTH
to EXIT 3S, Rt. 22 SOUTH. At SECOND TRAFFIC LIGHT TURN RIGHT on MAPLE
AVE, then first right onto BEDFORD ROAD, THIRD DRIVEWAY on RIGHT into
the Parking Lot |

Via the NEW ENGLAND THRUWAY (Rt. 95) take EXIT #21 to CROSS
WESTCHESTER EXPRESSWAY (Rt. 287) WEST towards White Plains to
EXIT 9A, Rt. 684 (North) BREWSTER, then proceed as per (A)
above. |

Via the MAJOR DEEGAN EXPRESSWAY from the Bronx and/or the
TRIBORO BRIDGE to the Major Deegan Expressway, to the NEW YORK
STATE THRUWAY (Rt. 87) to EXIT #8 CROSS WESTCHESTER
EXPRESSWAY (Rt. 287) EAST, then proceed as per (A)
above. |

From LONG ISLAND Via the WHITESTONE or THROGS NECK BRIDGE
NORTH on the NEW ENGLAND THRUWAY (Rt. 95), then proceed as per (B)
above. |
| (E) |
Via the HUTCHINSON RIVER PKWY to RT. 684 NORTH
BREWSTER, then proceed as per (A) above. |
| (F) |
Via the BRONX RIVER PKWY to signs for Rt. 22 NORTH. Continue
for
approx. 7 miles to Armonk past the IBM entrance to the NEXT TRAFFIC
LIGHT. TURN LEFT on MAPLE AVE, then at the FIRST RIGHT onto BEDFORD
ROAD. Building is THIRD DRIVEWAY on RIGHT into
the Parking Lot. |

Via the MERRITT/HUTCHINSON PKWY to Rt. 684
NORTH-
BREWSTER, then proceed as per (A)

Via the TACONIC STATE PKWY to the Traffic
Circle at the VALHALLA
DAM. Proceed half way around the Circle and follow signs for Rt. 22
NORTH,
then continue as per (F)

Via Rt. 84 EAST or WEST to signs for Rt.
684 SOUTH. Continue to EXIT 3
ARMONK. Bear RIGHT at end of Exit Ramp and TURN RIGHT onto Rt. 22
SOUTH. Continue to FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT and TURN RIGHT on MAPLE AVE, then
FIRST RIGHT onto BEDFORD ROAD to THIRD
DRIVEWAY on RIGHT into the Parking Lot. |
